Common things

• Stop the emails — use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any alert, or the one-click unsubscribe button in your mail app. It works immediately and you do not need to ask us.
• Change your airports — just subscribe again with the same address and pick the ones you want. It updates your existing preferences.
• Delete my data — email us and we will erase your record entirely. See the privacy page.
• A deal was wrong or already gone — please tell us. Fares move fast, but a pattern of bad alerts is a bug worth fixing.
• Add a route or an airport — suggestions are welcome. We only cover nonstop services from Australian airports.

What we cannot help with

We do not sell tickets and have no access to any booking. If you have already booked, anything about that reservation — changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage, seats — has to go to the airline or the agent you bought from. We genuinely cannot see or alter it.
